Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at support@pointerusa.com or +1 (562) 203-5101 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the return package to the following address: 10821 Shoemaker Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
