Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Time and Costs

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

Shipping costs vary depending on the order size and delivery location. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada.

Order Pickup In-Store

Orders for in-store pickup will be processed within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, at 10828 Shoemaker Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@pointerusa.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
